Refurbish Details For All Equipment

ENGINE SYSTEM:

a)      Check & replace engine oil

b)      Check & replace engine oil filter

c)      Check & replace fuel filter

d)      Check & replace air filter

e)      Check & replace all rubber belts if necessary

f)        Check for & repair any leaks

g)      Check & replace all rubber mounting & bushings

h)      Check & replace carburetor with rebuilt if needed

i)        Check & replace fuel pump if needed

j)        Check Engine Compression

TRANSMISSION SYSTEM PER UNIT:

a)      Change fluid, filter & gasket

b)      Perform complete overhaul when necessary

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:

a)      Check & replace battery where necessary

b)      Replace spark plugs, rotors & dist. Cap

c)      Replace spark plug wires if needed

d)      Check & repair alternator assembly

e)      Check all wiring harnesses for defects & replace where necessary

f)        Check all instrumentation & gauges

g)      Check all lighting systems & repair defective parts

h)      Check ignition system & repair or replace

i)        Functionality test all relays & fuses

FRONT END:

a)      Check & replace tie rod ends, king pins or ball joints if needed

TIRES:

a)      Check tires & pressure

b)      Check wear & replace where necessary

c)      Tires to have at least 50% tread remaining

COOLING SYSTEM:

a)      Check & repair radiator fins & cores

b)      Replace all rubber hoses

c)      Check & replace water pump assembly where necessary

d)      Pressure test for leaks.  Test cooling function

BRAKE SYSTEM:

a)      Check & replace brake pads and drums where necessary

b)      Check for oil seal leaks & replace if necessary

c)      Check & replace all brake hoses if necessary

d)      Check & skim brake rotor if necessary

e)      Check & service brake cylinders

f)        Brake functionality test

BODY & STRUCTURAL WORK:

a)      Dismantle & fit all panels for knocking & flaring

b)      Dismantle & fit of structural support requiring repair work

c)      Power brush entire unit for anti-rust primer and corrosion prevention coating

d)      Spray paint whole unit

EXHAUST:

a)      Check muffler, brackets, clamps, hangers and replace if needed
